Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been shipped, directly from My Account → Orders, or by contacting us at cartzeno.in@gmail.com / +91 7781047841 with your Order ID.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once the product is received, as per our Return Policy.
Cancellations by Cartzeno
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as: the product is out of stock or discontinued, incorrect pricing/product information was displayed due to a technical error, or a suspected fraudulent/unauthorised transaction. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and typically reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
